Upon paying the first instalment payment for your land with Edge Breaker Properties, you will receive a receipt for your payment as well as receipts for each subsequent payment until the completion of your payment. Once finalised, a contract of sale will be issued, signifying the land sale.

Upon completion of all statutory fees, official land documents from Alausa will be provided to you, ensuring the transaction is complete and legally binding.

Please kindly note that we do not approve making payments into anybody's personal account and payment will only be validated when it clears in our account.

Please kindly note that we have a "No Refund" policy.
You can only resell the land to a third party to get back your previous payment(s).
